ORDERING
Orders may be placed through the online store. You may check out as either a guest or by creating an account. It is recommended that you register an account as then future purchases will be quick and easy as your information will be stored and there will be no need to re-enter your details. Registering an account will also allow you to retrieve your purchase history and track your order status. If you need to change your details, simply login to your account and edit the details necessary.
Viewing orders: To view past orders or track your order status, login to your account.
Updating account information: If you need to update any information in your account eg address, please login to your account
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed upon full payment.
DIY and Ready-to-go items are generally posted within 24-48 hours, however during busy periods may be longer. For large orders please allow 2-3 days, and longer during busy periods.
For custom made items such as browbands, usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. In peek periods, this may be longer. Champion Browbands will endeavor to provide a timeframe upon ordering. If you require an item by a specific date please contact nicole@championbrowbands.com to see if it will be possible prior to order.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.championbrowbands.com.
POSTAGE OPTIONS
Selecting the incorrect postage option for your order may result in a delay in your order. Should you select a postage option that doesn’t meet the requirements to deliver your order you will be invoiced for the remainder of the cost of delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure about the correct postage option for your order.
Small order postage option
The small order postage option is for orders that will fit in a regular sized envelope. Examples: gift vouchers; OR a couple of sets of rings; OR up to 6m of ribbon; OR up to 6 centers or letters.
If you are unsure if your order may be suitable for this postage option please contact us nicole@championbrowbands.com.
If you select this option and your order does not quality for this option, we will contact you for the remaining postage amount which could delay your order. Should you incorrectly select the small order postage option, additional paypal fees apply if using this method.
PLEASE NOTE: No responsibility will be taken by Champion Browbands for items lost or damaged as there is no insurance nor tracking posting this way. Please allow appropriate time for this option to be delivered as it may take a few days longer than parcel post.
International Postage
International customers should contact us nicole@championbrowbands.com for a postage quote prior to ordering and paying.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
www.championbrowbands.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Please choose carefully as Champion Browbands does not offer refund for change of mind, wrong colour selection or incorrect size.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of www.championbrowbands.com.
Postage for return of goods will be at the cost of the customer.

To ensure that you get an accurate fitting Browband for your horse, please measure a correctly fitting Browband. Lay it flat and measure from end to end including loops.

We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and www.championbrowbands.com’s rights and obligations to each other.
